Andrew Doyle

Joined Bolton MBC in 1989 as trainee accountant. Qualified CIPFA Accountant 1994. Joined Civil Service on secondment as ERDF Objective 2 Programme Manager 1998. Joined Warrington Borough Council in 2007 as Finance Manager for the major regeneration projects, since 2012 have been the financial lead on the council’s major renewable energy programme ranging from domestic solar installation, commercial installation upto the three Solar Farm companies which I became a director of each of the companies in 2019 (York), 2020 (Hull) & 2022 (Cirencester).
