Ricardo Folgado

Ricardo Folgado has over 20 years’ experience in M&A, development, investments, and power markets, with the majority focused on renewable energy. Before joining Exagen, Ricardo was the Chief Development Officer at Brookfield Renewables and prior to this role, he spent 3 years at LightsourceBP and 7 years at GE Capital. Ricardo has handled the acquisition, sale, development, contracting, and project financing of nearly 10GW and currently leads the M&A division at Exagen. He holds degrees from Oxford Brookes, LBS, and King’s College London.
