Tom Metcalfe

Tom is a Senior Associate in DLA Piper’s Finance Group focused on renewable energy.  Tom specialises in advising clients on significant national and international renewable energy projects with particular experience in onshore wind, solar and power purchase agreements (PPAs).  Tom regularly leads on physical and virtual corporate PPA deals, advising a range of generator and offtaker clients and has been instrumental in developing DLA Piper’s no. 1 ranked corporate PPA practice in Europe (Inspiratia league tables 2021 – 2023).
