Alexa identifies strategic opportunities for the business to enter new markets, planning its strategy for across Europe. She played a key role in facilitating Field’s entry into Italy and Spain as part of this. Her work also involves thorough assessment of new battery storage technologies, ensuring that Field continues to optimise grid-scale energy infrastructure, tailoring solutions to meet specific needs of various markets.

Prior to her current role, Alexa Strobel worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she specialised in integrating sustainability and climate into business models. This involved working on a number of relevant energy and sustainability topics, including hydrogen demand modelling, and carbon capture technologies.

Her expertise in these areas has been crucial in shaping Field’s business expansion strategy, aligned with Field’s mission of reaching net zero through renewable energy infrastructure.
