Martijn Van Wijngaarden

Martijn has been part of the energy industry for 2 decades, always in roles to develop new solutions for customers. In the past he worked for the trading and sales division of a major European energy supplier. In this period he made complex trading services available as simple to use fully digital mass market products. . After that he took responsibility for the energy sales and trading activities of the biggest Dutch developer of large scale rooftop solar assets. During these years Martijn developed first in class PV storage products, launched flexibility partnerships and negotiated both utility as corporate PPA’s. In 2023 Martijn joined IMDC and brings together the experience of previous roles as he is responsible for the execution of the 24/7 renewable commitment of IMDC.
